Photographs and editor content
Photographs, titles, messages, dates, locations, crop positions and rendered images are processed in your browser. PhotoFromText does not upload or store them on its application server.
Downloaded images are created locally. Sharing uses your browser or operating system’s share feature when available; the destination you choose has its own privacy practices.
Information stored on your device
Saved design settings, wording-helper preferences, cached site files and offline pages may be stored through local storage, Cache Storage and the service worker. Saved settings do not include photographs. You can remove this information by deleting saved designs or clearing site data in your browser.
Anonymous aggregate analytics
We count a limited set of product events such as page views, editor starts, preset use, downloads and shares. Counts may include the page, composition mode, mobile or desktop class, export format and output size.
Analytics payloads contain no photographs, editor text, filenames, email addresses, cookies, advertising identifiers, user accounts, precise device information, IP addresses, user agents or referrers. The analytics client respects the browser’s Do Not Track setting. Counts are stored as daily aggregates rather than individual activity records.
Hosting and access logs
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may create standard security and access logs when a page or asset is requested. Those logs may contain information such as an IP address, request time and requested URL. They are separate from PhotoFromText editor content and are not used to reconstruct photographs or designs.
Contact messages
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you choose to provide. This information is used to answer the enquiry and is delivered by email. It is not placed in the product analytics files.
Cookies, advertising and accounts
PhotoFromText does not require an account and does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site currently has no behavioural advertising.
Changes and questions
We may update this notice when the product or its infrastructure changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. For privacy questions, email contact@ibiztech.in or use the contact form.
